True. It was the same for me when I answered your Nohari window. However it was easy for me to see my weaknesses. I guess it's because people tend to, of course, try to get rid of or at least tone down their weaknesses.

The hard time I have with Nohari is that you have to pick at least 5. I think weaknesses are inherently less visible than strengths.
